“When I first came across the opportunity for life coaching with Eva, I was not quite certain what life coaching really was. At the time, I was three years into recovery from a traumatic brain injury and trying to figure out the new version of myself. Eva was thoughtful, always a focused listener, and a much needed inner redirector without seeming so. I appreciated her introductory questionnaire which helped me prioritize what I felt was most urgent to address. I loved how after listening to me answer a…

I’ve had the privilege of working with Eva. What sets her apart is her ability to help you see things from new angles, she has a real gift for asking the right questions that unlock insights you didn’t even know you had. Eva’s use of metaphor is particularly powerful; she can take complex feelings or situations and make them tangible in ways that suddenly make everything click. About me
My beautiful, sometimes difficult, and often challenging life has shaped who I am. When I was younger, living authentically came easily—I followed my North Star and became a professional ice skater. That was a joyful, exciting chapter.
While coaching figure skating, I met my future husband. We moved abroad, got married, became a blended family with his child, and welcomed a child together. Those years were about focusing on our family, helping our children navigate their different challenges, all while supporting my husband in his demanding career. Raising children with difficulties in a foreign country, in a different language, away from family and friends, often on my own, was at times overwhelming. All while trying to nurture a healthy, connected marriage amidst it all.
When my children became adults, I suddenly faced a new question: Who am I now? For years, I encouraged others, while unable to be honest with myself about my own desires. I realized I was afraid to look at what I truly wanted. It took honesty, courage, and a willingness let go of perfectionism and limiting beliefs to follow my passion for helping others. Becoming a trained life coach was a natural next step—something I had been doing intuitively my whole life.
Through this journey, I rediscovered my inner strength and intuition. I know what it’s like to start over in a new place, to feel lost, and to wonder how to bloom where you are planted. I’ve learned what it means to find myself—not just in relation to others, but as my own person.
My journey has given me deep empathy for the courage it takes to face fears, grow, and create a life that feels true to you.
Now, as a certified and IFS informed Life Coach, I use my training, lived experience, and intuition to guide others through their own transitions and transformations.
If my story resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. Let’s explore your next chapter together.
